Information we collect

When you submit our booking or contact form, we collect the information you provide: name, phone number, email address, trip date and time, and pickup/drop-off details. We do not collect health, financial, or other sensitive personal information through this site.

How we use it

We use the information you submit to confirm and provide your requested transportation, and, only if you opt in, to text you after your trip for feedback or to send occasional offers and updates. We do not use it for any other purpose without your consent.

Text messages (SMS)

Our forms offer two optional, unchecked boxes: a single text after each ride asking how it went, and occasional marketing texts. Neither is required to book. When you check one, we record the time and the exact consent wording you agreed to. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Text HELP for assistance, or reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party, except the service providers that deliver our messages on our behalf.

Cookies, analytics and browser storage

We use Google Analytics, loaded through Google Tag Manager, to understand how visitors find and use this site. We also store a small record in your browser of how you first arrived (for example, a search engine, an AI assistant or a campaign link) and attach it to any form you submit, so we know which channels bring us customers.

Visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland are not tracked by default: analytics and advertising storage are off, and we do not store the arrival record. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we honor it as an opt-out of advertising-related data use. You can also clear or block cookies and site storage in your browser settings.

How we share it

We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes. We use service providers who help us operate the business, solely to provide our services to you: our customer-relationship and messaging platform (GoHighLevel), Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager, and our website host (Vercel).

Your privacy rights

Data retention

We retain the information you submit for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and, if you become a customer, for as long as needed to provide our services and meet our legal and accounting obligations.
